In my opinion, when I read reviews of businesses, the credibility decreases significantly when the author is unidentifiable. Did you visit the office during Hurricane Ida, or shortly thereafter ( or at all? )? Insurance agencies are always inundated as we are trying to assist clients and help them recover from the unexpected. "Kim Sytsma, Happy New Years! Have you really been to my office and “waited 2 hours to be seen” ? I don't think we've ever met. The Craig Stix State Farm agency has always, gladly, welcomed walk-ins, calls for service/quotes/claim situations, and appointments while the office is open. We make accommodations for "after-hours" appointments, as needed, and stay after closing to return messages. Our staffing is maintained to provide the best customer service possible. Kristie, Juan and I take great pride in this fact. I asked my team members, and no one remembers EVER meeting you personally or someone EVER waiting two hours before they were assisted. I also reviewed my office’s client list, and you are not on it. This includes people we have quoted and not written, and former clients. Hmmmmm?!? When, exactly, were you “seen” at the office after “waiting 2 hours” ? My office has been closed since 3:45 PM on December 31 to celebrate the New Year. You posted this on January 2.
